CleanSera is scheduling, dispatch, and booking software for cleaning businesses. A business subscribes to CleanSera and uses it to manage its own staff, customers, and bookings — CleanSera is not a party to any cleaning job itself.
Plans are billed monthly based on the tier a business selects. There's no long-term contract — a business can cancel anytime from its dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. CleanSera does not charge a commission on jobs booked through a business's site.
A business is solely responsible for who it onboards as a cleaner, the accuracy of its service catalog and pricing, and its relationship with its own customers. CleanSera provides the software; the business runs the operation.
CleanSera does not process payment between a business and its customers. Any price or payment status recorded in CleanSera is for the business's own bookkeeping and is not a representation that payment has been verified or guaranteed by CleanSera.
A business agrees not to use CleanSera to onboard staff it isn't legally permitted to employ, to misrepresent its services to customers, or to interfere with the platform's operation.
